I help clients navigate the regulatory mine field for the lifecycle of their pipelines and facilities–from permitting and construction through operation to abandonment. I always answer my phone, so clients know they can also call if things go boom in the night. I’ve handled litigation in 14 states in both federal and state court, and have managed complex origin and cause and root cause failure investigations. I also enjoy the proactive work assisting clients with audit preparation and reviewing process and procedural documents to ensure compliance.
My practice often takes me on the road, but Houston is home.
